HARPOLE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

TO BE HELD ON Monday APRIL 8th 2019 AT 7PM AT THE Old School Hall
All Parishioners Welcome.
The Agenda will be as follows:-

- Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting
- Matters arising from the minutes
- Chairman’s report
- Financial report
- Reports from District and County Councillors.
- Reports from Village societies.
- Question Time
This will be followed by the April Ordinary Parish Council Meeting at 8pm

We have a membership of about 40 and visitors are most welcome. The annual membership fee is £36.00 (from which both National and Northamptonshire Federations take a share)
Meetings are held on the 2ndMonday each month in the Old School Hall at 7:30 pm.
Do come along to any of our meetings, you will be made very welcome.

Run By the Playing Field Association, The Harpole Boot Fairs Take place on Selected Sunday mornings on the playing field.
The car boot sales run from 8 am until 12 pm.
Gates are open from 7 am for sellers to set up.
Harpole Gardners’ Association 2019 Programme
Meetings are Held at the Old School Hall on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
